Here are all the details:
What will I learn in the live classes and office hours?
You'll practice your English conversation skills in a fun, low-pressure environment. During each class, I'll answer pre-submitted questions from the students. I'll also select students to work with me, one-on-one, during each class and provide them with personalized feedback, focusing on the areas of pronunciation that are the most important to each student.
You'll also have the opportunity to attend live office hours with me, where we can work 1:1 on your pronunciation. This is an excellent way for you to improve your English skills and reach your speaking goals!
How do I submit my questions and volunteer to work with Julie during the live class?
In the lesson titled "Submit Your Questions Here!" you'll find a link to a document where you can add your questions before each class and where you can volunteer to work with me.
If you have a question but you don't want to work with me during the class, that's okay! Simply type "No" in the volunteer column.
You must agree to be recorded in order to work with me during the class, as I will add these lessons to the English Pro Live class recordings.
You must also have a working webcam or be accessing the class with a device that has video and audio.
Where will we meet?
All meetings will take place online through Zoom. You'll receive a new Zoom link for each meeting, and the link will be emailed to you 24 hours in advance.
The Zoom link is also posted in the English Pro Live Class Calendar (only visible to participants with active subscriptions).
Who can join?
Anyone who is 18 years old and has an active subscription to English Pro is welcome to join.

Hello! My name is Julie Cunningham, and I've trained thousands of people on their American English pronunciation and voice projection skills. Here's how I can help you.
I've been helping people with their American English pronunciation skills since 2007, when I moved to the Czech Republic to teach English. This experience sparked a desire to return to school and earn a graduate degree in speech and language pathology, then pursue specialized certifications in American English pronunciation and American accent training.
Then I founded my company San Diego Voice and Accent, where I work one-on-one with professionals who want to perfect their American English pronunciation skills, project a clear and confident voice, and maximize their speaking potential.
Over the years of working as an American accent coach and professional voice trainer, I've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't work when training your pronunciation skills and voice projection. It's not enough for you to simply "repeat" what you hear; that isn't going to get you the results. You need to practice with the right technique and with the most effective methods, and you need someone there to guide you along the way.
That's why I created the English Pro series: to help professionals from all areas of the world and at all levels of English to speak with clarity and confidence, and to reach their goals of becoming a powerful and effective communicator.

What if I can't attend the live class? Will there be a replay?
Yes! If you can't attend the live meeting, no worries. I'll send out a replay to everyone who has an active subscription. You can also access the replays in the English Pro Live course (replay is only visible to participants with an active subscription).

When will I receive the Zoom link for the meeting?
I'll send an email with the Zoom link approximately 24 hours prior to the meeting. You can also access the Zoom link in the English Pro Live Class Calendar (link is only visible to participants with active subscriptions).

I didn't receive the email with the Zoom link. What should I do?
First step: Check your spam folder or junk folder - many times the email is there. Then add "[email protected]" to your preferred senders list and mark the email "not spam". Second step: If the email isn't in your spam or junk folder, then email Julie at [email protected]. Please contact Julie at least 1 hour prior to the start time. The Zoom link will also be posted in the English Pro Live Class Calendar (only visible to participants with active subscriptions).

When are the live classes and office hours?
We'll have either a live class or a live office hour every week. The live meetings will be scheduled for different days of the week and at different times to allow for students from all time zones to participate.
